What you actually hold and use on this platform is a stablecoin, which is a virtual asset that ties its value to a legal tender currency, without being one. DEBITI offers services for the purchase, sale, exchange, and transfer of virtual assets, which involves engaging in a vulnerable activity and consequently, is required to identify its clients, as well as to submit notices and reports in accordance with applicable law and its anti-money laundering policy. DEBITI does not regularly receive, in exchange for payment of a consideration, commission, benefit, or profit, within the national territory, rights or resources in national or foreign currency, directly at its offices or via cable, facsimile, courier services, electronic means, electronic funds transfer, or by any means, solely for the purpose of transferring them abroad, to another location within the national territory, or to deliver them, in a single installment, at the place where they are received, to the designated beneficiary. DEBITI does not regularly and professionally conduct operations for the purchase, sale, and exchange of currencies, including those carried out through the transfer or transmission of funds, with the public within the national territory.
